2- Surface and termochemical treatments:

Gas Carburizing:
Controlled by O2 probe and infrared analysis.

Carbonitriding:
Reavtive atmospherein situ controlled by O2 probe and infrared analysis

Gas Nitriding:
Multigas atmosphere controlled by infrared cell

Gas Nitrocarburizing:
TTC developed technology to assure the same N and C potentials as in liquid nitriding avoiding the cleaning salt problems. This process is controlled by infrared cell.
Ionitriding: This is actually the most modern and reliable nitriding and nitrocrburizing technic. Specific layers for each application are able with easy control of parameters

Tenifer+AB1:
Molten salt bath process for nitrocarburizing under German License. AB1 cooling system improve the corrosion resistance over the nitrided hard layer

Induction hardening:
Our installations have high and medium frequency powered induction machines from 15kw till 200kw.
